1. Nature of Services
Vedic Guidance: All astrological readings, reports, and consultations provided by Sanjay Sharma on horoscope084.in are based on classical principles of Vedic Astrology (Parashari, Jaimini, Varshphal, Prashna, etc.) and individual interpretation.
Advisory Purpose Only: Astrology is an interpretive and diagnostic guidance tool. Consultations do not constitute legal, medical, financial, or psychological professional advice. For critical medical, legal, or financial matters, please consult certified professionals in those respective fields.
2. Accuracy of Birth Details
The accuracy of any astrological forecast relies heavily on the accuracy of the birth parameters (Date, Time, and Place of Birth) provided by you.
horoscope084.in is not responsible for inaccurate predictions resulting from incorrect or incomplete birth details submitted by the client.
3. Confidentiality & Privacy
We respect your personal privacy. All client details, birth charts, recording logs, and discussions during consultation sessions are strictly confidential and will never be shared, sold, or disclosed to third parties.
4. Booking & Payment Policy
Advance Payment: Consultations are confirmed only after full payment of the session fee is received.
Slot Locking: Once payment is verified, your appointed time slot will be locked and a meeting link (Google Meet / Zoom) or contact confirmation will be issued.
5. Cancellation, Rescheduling & Refund Policy
Rescheduling by Client:
If you need to reschedule your session, please notify us via email or WhatsApp at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. We will gladly move your consultation to the next mutually available slot at no extra charge.
Client Cancellation & Refunds:
Cancellations requested more than 24 hours before the scheduled session are eligible for a refund (minus nominal payment gateway processing fees, if applicable).
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment, or instances where the client fails to attend the scheduled session (No-Show), are non-refundable, as time and chart preparation work have already been allocated.
Cancellation by horoscope084.in: In the rare event that we must cancel or reschedule a session due to unforeseen emergencies, you will be offered the choice of an immediate full refund or priority rescheduling.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, text, graphics, and materials published on https://horoscope084.in are the intellectual property of the website owner and Sanjay Sharma. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.
